  The entire MHD Team has been fantastic to work with! I highly recommend them for any of your IT needs. I have worked with Wade, Shayne, Ashley and many more over the years - everyone has been quick to respond and resolve and they do a ton of prevention! I would give them 10 out of 10 stars if I could!

  We are a pediatric practice & Wade Raulerson with MHD Communications was highly recommended to us by our Tech guy who was retiring & advised us that our phone system needed an upgrade (parts going out of production). We had the old Nortel phone system & older ADT cameras & an IT guy who overcharged & who I could never reach when we needed the help. We met with Wade & he put together 3 quotes for a new digital phone system, a new camera system & IT support including firewall set up. Wade promised us an easy transition & support which is exactly what we got! The new phones, which run on the internet via Jive are luxurious looking. MHD took it on themselves to program our logo on the face of the phones. Ashley is a gem & handled the phone transition from Frontier to Jive. This saved us a lot of time having to deal with Frontier ourselves. James & his team came on site to install our phones & firewall & has always returned every question or concern promptly & professionally. MHD works as a team & understands the business owner who has to wear many hats. Their IT support is punctual & always friendly & helpful. They always offer a solution & we are never frustrated because our problems get resolved. It sure beats having to always deal with ADT for security cameras, Frontier for phone lines & an overpriced solo IT guy who is never around when you need the help. If you’re tired of the hassle of dealing with 3 different companies for your business solutions and who keep you running in circles & who overcharge for everything- then look no further. Wade Raulerson is your guy!
