- RSRomy SotoJul 6, 20261.0Stay away from this title company! My parents purchased multiple homes with them, and the last purchase, this title company found out there was an OPEN expired roof permit on the house and instead of informing my parents about it they only told the seller's realtor about it. Both First american title and this other realtor decided to keep hush about it and NOT tell the buyer to keep the closing going. Now a year later my parents can't sell the house because of the open permit, because of their negligence. We filed a claim with their "title insurance" and they keep ignoring our request after 2 months. Negligent company stay away!!!! They will screw you over and don't care! Roberto Soto
- JBJohn breeseApr 27, 20261.0Absolute nightmare of a company, entire staff is rude, communication is horrible, wasn’t by choice but they by far are the worse title company I have ever dealt with and highly recommend taking your business else where, this company is a typical chain company, most have low star reviews, and do not appreciate the business they get, your just a number to them Beware!
