  Delivery driver was a jerk !!!! And should be fired !!!! Idiot driver left a note on my door saying I wasn't home he's a liar my garage was halfway open I was in the garage and I said who is it I heard knocking I'm disabled and I use a walker I said again who is it I said it three times no way anyone can tell me he did not hear me or she did not hear me because a person outside heard me yelling and walked up to my garage ask me if i needed help!!!! Never once did he say this is FedEx I have a package for you I need a signature not one single time did he say anything I asked four times at least who is it who is it who is it he or she said absolutely nothing next thing I know I asked my grandson to check the front door where this jerk put a note on their that we missed you and no he didn't miss me the jerk ignored me and left so today he comes back this time I'm in the garage with the garage almost all the way open I never saw a FedEx truck out there because my car was in the way I would not have been able to see a FedEx truck he didn't knock on my door he didn't say anything he walked up to the door stuck a sticker on there saying we missed you he did not miss me I was sitting right here waiting I was told I would get a text message when he was on his way I never received a text message that he was on his way however I was out here waiting for him or her they never knocked on my door they never said nothing just put a sticker on my door and did this 2 days in a row he or she was being nothing but an jerk their delivery service completely sucks don't use them!!!!!!!!!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but Chris absolutely deserves one. Before I even started taking the large package out of my car, Chris noticed me from inside the store and proactively came outside with a cart to help. I didn’t have to ask—he was already thinking ahead. That level of initiative and attention to customers truly impressed me. From start to finish, he was friendly, professional, courteous, and genuinely happy to help. It’s rare to come across customer service like this anymore, especially from someone so young. Chris went above and beyond, and you can tell he truly cares about providing an excellent customer experience. Employees like Chris are the reason customers keep coming back. He represents FedEx exceptionally well, and I have no doubt he has a bright future with the company. Thank you, Chris, for making what could have been an ordinary errand such a memorable experience. We need more people like you!
