  THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE THAT EVER EXISTED PACKAGES THAT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE LEAVE YOU HANGING ALL DAY. NO RELIABLE TIMEFRAME FOR WHEN THE PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE.

  Wow! The level of customer service was off the charts at this location. SHAY took care of me today. I came to her with several requests and a more complex transaction that needed a high level of expertise and Shay did not disappoint. Her excellent customer service, professionalism and kindness was unparalleled. What a pleasure to come here. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer! I will definitely return due to her high level of knowledge and quick service. Thank you Shay!

  I had associate, Melissa, today. Shes absolutely lovely!!! Very calm, kind, professional and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and I will ask for her everytime I come to this location. Thank you, Melissa, for being so incredibly fabulous!!!! I come to this location alot and am never disappointed when I have Melissa helping me!!! Thankful for wonderful employees like her!!!

  It's closed in online it shows open, even at store based on timings it should be open but closed at 11AM+ Saturday

  Use to come here and pick up packages a lot. I work closely with FedEx and know some local higher ups. Today I went in to pick up a package. There was an individual dropping off a package and finishing up as I walked in. I saw him walk in when I pulled up so the service was speedy. Unfortunately the CUSTOMER service was very poor. Clearly Melisa did not want to be there. I understand everyone has bad days. I also understand that we can't control our facial expressions 100% of the time. What we can control is what we say and how we say it. You can clearly tell Melisa was bothered by something. You could really tell when the gentleman before me politely said "Have a good night" and Melisa said nothing. She then sees me...takes a deep breath while walking to the computer and greets me. My pick-up transaction was all of 30 seconds. When it concluded, I too wished Melisa a good evening. She said nothing and continued to walk away. I gave a 2 star in light of knowing that everyone has a bad day, but when others are being polite and nice to you...rudeness is not warranted. You never know who will come into your business. I could have been a Director at FedEx or higher. I'm hoping that the manager of this location sees this and gives Melisa grace, but also use this as a teachable moment.
