  I showed up unannounced wherein my package was still on the delivery vehicle. I hoped I would be able to retrieve it slightly earlier and that is exactly what Dennis Hooper did for me. He had thr total free reign to turn me away and could've told me to wait till it's delivered, but he went the extra mile to retrieve my package. 10/10 customer service.

  Dennis Hooper is fantastic. We needed help finding our package after we were not home to accept delivery. Dennis went into the warehouse and found the package, intercepting it before it was shipped back to the sender. His kindness and professionalism will always be remembered by my family, and especially my daughter who moves into her freshman dorm tomorrow and had been awaiting that package. Dennis saved the day!

  I went to DHL unprepared with no printout and it was an international shipment. Dennis at the office helped me , he went to great lengths to make sure my package is labeled correctly and reaches the destination securely. I really appreciate his patience with me.

  Just had one of the most amazing interactions with your Agent Dennis Cooper at your costumer service station Tampa. After 3 weeks of multiple phone calls with your 1800 number with not so helpful agents were were finally able to get the the bottom of the issue and have it resolved and we were able finally able to leave the service station with our package in hand thanks to Mr Cooper.

  Severe International Delays & Premature Ticket Closure If you are shipping urgent or time-sensitive international items, be extremely cautious. I dropped off an urgent shipment expecting delivery within 7 days. It is now 9 days late and counting, after being routed through an excessive global chain: Tampa → Cincinnati → Leipzig → Dubai → Muscat. The package has been sitting stranded at a transit airport in Muscat—just a 3-hour flight from its final destination—for the past 3 consecutive days. To make matters worse, an official customer support case ticket was opened (CS66724470), only for support to close the ticket without providing a flight update or resolution. Leaving time-sensitive and temperature-sensitive material sitting stranded in transit hubs during peak summer heat is completely unacceptable. Local drop-off staff did their job, but DHL’s global carrier network and customer support system completely failed. Time-sensitive shipments are NOT safe with DHL Express. UPDATE (July 31): Executive Care (Ken) responded, confirming the box remains stranded in Muscat, Oman due to flight disruptions. While I appreciate the quick reply, the temperature-sensitive shipment is now on day 4 in transit without a confirmed departure flight. Still awaiting delivery.
