- RERaye Eli3 days ago1.0Despite multiple complaints (for years, verbal, on paper and I emailed USPS customer service), this post office refuses to open the self service area on time. Door hours state from 6:00 a.m. I have attempted to gain access at 6:25 and the doors remain locked. There are employees on the compound, in the back area, within feet of the front door. This is unacceptable but it happens daily(M-F).

- AWAnnyah WilliamsAug 22, 20261.0Worst post office on the planet. There’s never any labels in there. Labels have been missing for months! I can go as far back as May . Then The Indian lady at the front kiosk needs to go in the back and find something else to do expeditiously! She moves entirely too slow and a lot of times she’s the onliest one working at the front. On top of that she never understands anything you’re saying! She’s way too slow . It’s hell of frustrating having to deal with her. Why should it take 45 minutes for 4 customers to be helped ???? USPS y’all have got to do better
- MBMelanie BernhardtAug 14, 20265.0I had an issue with express mail that I mailed from a different post office that wasn’t delivered on time and looked like it was stuck in Miami. I went to this post office for assistance since, I couldn’t get help from the post office where I purchased and mailed the express envelope. The supervisor, Sharnay Dixon tracked my package and told me she would monitor it for me and give me updates. Finally, the package was delivered to its destination. I was also able to get a refund for the missed date and time per the guarantee and I was able to get it done at this post office, thanks to Sharnay, her manager, Lamarra and the clerk, Ebony. A great big thanks to all of you for your assistance. I still haven’t heard from the supervisor where I purchased and sent the express mail. I will now be going to this post office, since they took the time to assist me even though, it wasn’t sent from their post office. Thanks again! A very happy customer!!
