- NDNatisha Demps2 days ago2.0They're ok with mailing packages but letters don't do so well here from my experience. I sent a letter via priority mail and it took two months for the recipient to get it. This time I sent a letter certified mail and it's completely lost it's been giving me the same tracking update for 2 weeks now and no one knows where it is .

- EEemJun 29, 20261.0There is an entitled, rude, “know-it-all” employee who needs to learn to mind her own business. I was standing in the self service line for like 30 minutes and out of no where an employee who was working behind the counter felt the need to point me out and tell me with ZERO context “ma’am, put the box down here you’re gonna have to empty everything into this bag or put the entire box into this bag or else they’re going to return your package to sender” I stood there dumbfounded not understanding why I had to put my PRIORITY SHIPPING box that I PAID FOR ONLINE AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PRINT THE STICKER ONTO THE BOX and drop it off. she ASSUMED i didn’t know how priority shipping works. she even had the nerve to make a comment that she’s been “working here for 10 years and knows what she’s talking about” yet when i said i PAID FOR PRIORITY AND HAVE A BAR CODE she got all quiet and said i could return to the self service line. i would’ve had no issue with her telling me this if she wouldn’t have rudely made assumptions, tell me random instructions with no context, and then make snarky comments.

She was friendly enough but super long lines and no there didnt seem to be any staff in the building to help her at all. People in line are standing here loudly complaining. Anyone doing anything taking alot of time is likely to get mob anger. So far 18 peopke behind me waiting. Seriously get her some help.
