  Easy drop off. Friendly staff. Se habla Español. They printed my labels and taped up my boxes. For me, it was a very easy transaction and everyone was nice, which is a refreshing change.

  This place is amazing. I accidentally went here with the FedEx label and a computer to ship. They packaged my computer and even put the label on the front at a good price. so all I have to do is drop it off. Great service I highly recommend. This will definitely be my go-to for shipping.

  I’ve had an excellent experience at this UPS location. The customer service is always outstanding. William is the one who usually helps me, and I want to recognize him for his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. He always makes the shipping process quick and easy. I honestly have no complaints. I highly recommend this location!

  I've only visited this UPS Store twice. My first visit on Tuesday (8/4) was great—I was greeted, the service was fast, and the young lady was friendly. When I returned on Wednesday (8/5), the experience was completely different. The man with the long ponytail working the counter had a terrible attitude. He didn't greet me or any of the other customers, never apologized as the line grew to the door, and seemed annoyed the entire time. The most disrespectful part was when he gave me my receipt. Instead of handing it to me, he deliberately dropped it on the counter while my hand was out to take it. As someone who values customer service, I found that very rude and unprofessional. Everyone has bad days, but customers shouldn't be treated that way. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning. I hope this this review can inspire you to improve your attitude while at work

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at the UPS Store located at 7154 N University Drive in Tamarac. I went to this location to return a package and emailed the return label that had been provided to me by the company. I was unaware that there would be a $1.07 charge to print the label. Because I was simply making a return at a UPS location that I have used several times before, I did not bring cash or a card with me. There were two employees working at the time. The male employee told me his name was “Keto” or “Kato”—I am not certain of the spelling. The other employee, a woman with very short hair, refused to provide her name when I asked. I found her attitude extremely rude and unprofessional. What was especially upsetting was what happened over $1.07. The return label had already been placed on my box, and the male employee actually REMOVED THE RETURN LABEL FROM MY BOX and handed the package back to me because I did not have the $1.07 with me. Let me be very clear: this review is NOT about $1.07. It is about the way a customer was treated over $1.07. I have used this location several times before and had good experiences with other employees, which is why this interaction was so disappointing. I left and drove farther away to another UPS location on Atlantic Boulevard. The difference in customer service was night and day. The location was clean, and the two employees there were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. I ultimately paid $3.89 at the other location—more than three times the original $1.07 charge. That alone should make it clear that MONEY WAS NEVER THE ISSUE. I was willing to pay more and drive farther to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I will not return to the UPS Store at 7154 N University Drive after this experience, and based on the treatment I received, I cannot recommend this location to others. I encourage other customers who experience this type of treatment to take their business elsewhere. Management and the owner need to seriously evaluate the level of customer service being provided at this location. You cannot simply put people in customer-facing positions without ensuring they understand professionalism, courtesy, and how to treat customers. Removing a return label from a regular customer’s package over $1.07, rather than handling the situation with basic courtesy, says a lot about the customer service I experienced that day. Customers have choices, and I chose to drive farther and pay $3.89 somewhere else rather than spend $1.07 at a location where I felt disrespected.
