- FPfitness princessMar 18, 20221.0This location has the laziest carriers ever. They lie and say they can't deliver packages (which they could). One carrier even admitted they didn't get to like delivering because they were ready to get off. The Post Master General needs to fire a lot of people.
- ACabc CJul 17, 20201.0Awful costumer service. The building itself is not welcoming at all. The people working there look like if they hate that job. A job is a job and I’m sure everyone has his/her bad days, but geez. The lines are always long as hell. I know we aren’t on the nice/rich side of Tallahassee, but still. The mail keeps on arriving later and later each day. Sometimes all the way until 5pm, when it use to arrive at 11am. The drivers change constantly.

There were 3 items from amazon and one of them was a very fragile item. I took a picture of what the package looked like shoved into my mailbox and the fragile item I mentioned was now chipped. The package looked at as if someone had opened it to peek inside and see what was in my package. Now I have to tell amazon that my mail carrier chipped my item and see if they can get me a new one. Hopefully I don’t re-purchase this cause this is horrible service... all because she didn’t want to get out of the mail truck to drop the package off at my door (which was on the instructions from amazon).

I figured I would come 10 mins before they open but guess what it didnt matter because they opened 10 mins late. No consideration for their customer's time. While I was starting to write this review I seen how many other 1 star reviews they had and I just have to wonder how many complaints they need to receive before they start doing anything about it.
