- SSSarah SpringerJul 22, 20265.0Lake Jackson has to be the best location. The customer service is exceptional. And Mack, Chen, Rohini, and Travis are the most helpful and patient people. They don't get frustrated in return when a customer expresses irritation at them, Mack always has a smile to share, and they are all super helpful to determine best methods and packaging for shipping. Watching them interact with their "regulars" is a joy seeing them carry on conversations inquiring about previous chat from an earlier visit. Just heart warming to see this kind of caring in this transactional world. This whole location including carriers, warehouse staff and administrators, worked for almost a year to help residents in my neighborhood continue to receive their mail when our cluster mail boxes were destroyed by a car accident. They worked along side us in a very challenging time and maintained grace with the inconvenience of our needs the whole time. You all are the best! I know you are not getting paid well enough for what you are doing.
