  Hey, I came by here just to fax a letter and payed with my debit card which had $124.85 on it and the cost for my fax was $2.29 or $2.50 which I swiped my card to pay and did pay. When I later on logged into my account $20 was also taking and I am teed off by this and need my Mikey ASAP. You mean to tell me that $20 was stolen because I swiped 💳 my card inside here to pay for my fax sheet. Where do I contact for my money to be returned expeditiously????

  Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They made my visit quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend to anyone!

  I came to this location for a fingerprinting service and throughout the process I was rushed, and spoken to like a below rate human by an employee at this location. When I expressed to the staff member that her tone was inappropriate was well as her lack of basic communication skills she escalated her tone with me further and expressed to me that “I needed her, she did not need me” and she proceeded to threaten to not service me. I suggest utilizing other fingerprinting services within the area. This location is highly unprofessional.

  She told me if you need more than one strip of tape you need to buy a roll of tape. I think that’s kind of crazy!

  A package was dropped off March 26 going to California. Have the receipt as proof it was dropped off. All updates stated it was dropped off at this location and no updates. Today the package mysteriously returns to me, not shipped to where it was to go, which was California. The item in question was valued at $1000. When I check the updates, it states it was dropped off at the UPS store but with no further updates. Filing a complaint and investigation because now the return is late and I am not getting my refund. Update: According to the company where the package was to arrive, in California, they are investigating on their end because it appears it was not shipped from this location. Because of this mishandling of the package, and it never arriving, I would not receive my refund. Nonetheless this location may possibly be responsible for the mishandling of this package and now it arrived back to me here in Tallahassee is a mystery since the label is addressed to California.
