  My experience at this particular location is always smooth and swift. The service provided is always helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone as their service staff is exceptional and truly professional and helps you throughly. Great service, great staff. Highly recommended.

  I had a great experience at The UPS Store. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, handled my package with care, and made shipping quick and stress-free. The store was clean, well-organized, and the service was efficient. I really appreciated their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable shipping, printing, or mailing services. I'll be coming back for future needs!

  I have been using this UPS Store for decades, literally since it was a "Mailboxes Etc" location. I am shocked by the mediocre average review score here, and I'd like to do my part to correct it. I've lived in various corners of the United States, and this is the best UPS Store (or equivalent) I have used, hands down. The other UPS Store locations in Tallahassee literally send their high-value shipments to this one for careful packaging, because nobody does it better. The staff is unfailingly friendly, and go out of their way to ensure that the customer has the best experience. If UPS Corporate doesn't consider this location to be an exemplar, frankly, that evaluation process is broken and needs improvement. I receive an unhealthy number of packages here from all around the world, and I've never had anything lost or damaged by the staff. The owners hold their employees to the highest standards. I won't overload you with anecdotes that prove that, but believe me, you won't trivially find a better-run business in the retail logistics scene. If this location had a raised loading dock, I would literally get freight sent here, so I guess it's good for them that there is no such access point. I've attached a random candid photo of the staff doing what they always do: focusing on processing requests for customers, and not being distracted by me bothering them.

  The customer service lady was so rude to me. I came into this location to send off a package for my great nephew. Everything was good at first. But, the clerk got offensive. When I asked her. Why, did she taped up the box so quickly. She unwrapped the box. The first thing that came out her mouth were. We don't steal. Ma'am, I never said you stole anything. All I asked you was. Why did you tapped up the box so fast. I mean what if I wanted to add something else or just send the package later. I may decide i want to add more items. Regardless, she was rude. I asked her name, she wouldn't give it to me. She told me to.get out of the store. I told her I wss going to file a complaint. She said I should be used to people saying things like this to me about the stealing part. When someone assumed you're going to steal etc. She was a young lady with a offensive attitude. I believe she could have been Spanish or some other race. Race should not matter. Excellent customer service is all that matters. She knew she was rude to me. Because, she kept coming to the door. Acting like she was helping customers inside. Tryingt o see who I was t alking to on the phone. The other clerk, she didn't do anything just look and said nothing. I will filling a complaint with corporate as well. Do better ups 1700 north monroe st suite 11 tallahassee florida 32303
