Brittany is the most cheerful, considerate, helpful employee that I have come across in a long time. She is truly dedicated to her job. She greets everyone will a welcoming hello, and is always very courteous. I ship packages several times through out the year to family out of state. I always feel welcome and right at home when I visit the store. Brittany has become more than just an employee, she has become my friend. Thanks for everything you do Brittany!!! You're truly one of a kind.
- JRJanet RenaultJun 11, 20262.0Horrible. Don’t use this UPS location. Used to have great customer service. Not anymore. It’s under new management. The new owners sit in the back room while their employees try to help customers who wait and wait and wait. One manager came out briefly only to interrupt her employee to give her an assignment…while she was waiting on a customer… owners try not to interact with customers at all. This location now provides an exceptionally poor customer experience. There are other UPS stores nearby that offer a much better experience.
- KCkanru chenJun 8, 20261.0I brought in a pair of boots in the original shoebox and paid $20 for packing service. The UPS Store selected an outer box that was roughly 14 times larger than the shoebox itself. As a result, I was later charged over $140 in additional shipping fees due to dimensional weight. What is most frustrating is that nobody warned me this packaging choice could dramatically increase the shipping cost. When I returned to ask about it, management simply stated they were following policy and took no responsibility for the outcome. Extremely disappointing experience.
