I received EXCELLENT customer service from Brittnay—store manager. She was so pleasant and friendly. She was multitasking like no other. She was waiting for tech support all while working a full store. She made me feel like I was the only customer in the store.

Went to drop off my packages and the manager has consistently show a poor way to lead and manage her store. The line was out the door and she has always just taken our time and gets slower when she sees more people. One of her employees came up to help with the line and she yelled at her to go to the back and not help. She’s not Customer focused and very slow. Wesley, she moved to a different computer and tells people to come up to another computer in her other employees helping people better behind in line before the one that she told to come up to the computer because she’s so slow. I understand, taking the time to get to know people, but not when there’s a line out the door the people trying to get to work.

Super kind people. I was having technical difficulties with paying and they were able to help me beyond what I needed. Shout out to Tiki and Nicoli!

The young lady closing deserves a raise. Literally 12 customers (including myself) bombarded her in the last 15 minutes of the store being open. She calmly proceeded to attend each customer and after I left there were several customers left and it’s 11 past closing so god bless her and remember to reward such a positive face of your business!
