  Shipped a very expensive collectible with their tracked service. Dropped it off on Friday and they said it would be there the following Monday. Turns out they lost the package for four days before sending it AND gave me the wrong tracking number. Since the item arrived late, my customer was upset and I owe them a refund. The store manager offered to give me a refund for PART of my shipping costs, but even then I had to file a report with corporate first. The customer service was fine, but they are clearly disorganized and will lose your packages. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

  TERRIBLE customer service. I walked in with a friend to help her return a package and we were immediately greeted with “what do you need” filled with attitude. We kindly said we needed help with a return and he grabbed the scanner and was trying to scan the bar code. The bar code was giving a little trouble so he slammed his scanner down and complained to his coworker that the scanner wasn’t working, didn’t even say anything for us to move just waved his hand and continued on with his nasty attitude. Didn’t seem like he valued his job enough to stay there. No other workers volunteered to help one just sat on the counter and watched. Being kind costs literally nothing. If you don’t value your place of employment enough to act like it , then leave.

  I appreciate that UPS offers the first few pages of printing for shipping labels and packing slips for free. That policy is genuinely helpful. However, I’ve noticed multiple employees being rude to customers and speaking negatively about them behind their backs. Not every staff member has acted this way, but I’ve now witnessed it from at least three different people. One day, two employees waited until a woman left after she asked for tracking information they couldn’t provide, then immediately mocked her and treated her as if she had been stupid or annoying for asking. I initially thought this might be isolated, since the employees had been pleasant with me. That changed after my interactions with a female employee working the afternoon shifts on May 28th and 29th. On May 28th, I came in only to print labels for packages I was taking to USPS. While I was taping one of them myself, she interrupted me and said, “I can do that for you” in an irritated tone. I politely declined, as I wasn’t shipping through UPS. She sighed, gave me dirty looks, and seemed annoyed I was handling my own package. A minute later she went to a coworker and made a sarcastic comment about me while glancing over. I don’t understand the deal, cause her coworkers shrugged and didn’t seem to have an issue with me. The next day, I returned to ship packages through UPS. I let her handle the taping, and she again seemed irritated. When I asked for a delivery time estimate, she didn’t respond. She was acting weird, so I turned to her coworker, who stepped in and helped me. The customer service from this employee felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. I don’t care what her reasoning is because she’s in customer service. I wanted to switch to UPS instead of USPS for my eBay business bc I know it’s faster here in Tallahassee, but now I’m questioning whether I want to deal with this just to ship there.

  I don’t know if the representative was having a bad morning, but for him to snatch the package out of my hand and throw it down on the scale as I approached the counter was beyond unprofessional. The lack of basic customer service and respect was honestly shocking. I came in expecting a simple, courteous interaction and instead was met with rude behavior and an unnecessary attitude. Customer service matters, and experiences like this are exactly why people hesitate to return. Very disappointed with this UPS Store location.
