  It was a pleasure visiting this store, although at a busy time The associate Calandra seemed to be unbothered by the rush and got everyone in and out quicker than I guessed

  I can't believe this store offers so much in one stop. I was glad the young lady informed me with such sweet attitude, even in the midst of her organized chaos on Saturday. High five Callandra. ☺️

Her welcoming personality and willingness to assist made my visit a very pleasant experience. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Calandra is a perfect example of that!   I came into the store earlier today and she greated me with the most welcoming smile and she had such a good attitude to be at work. Had excellent customer service. Very proud worker you guys have! I'll definitely be back to see Ms.Cassandra and her welcoming smile.

  I arrived on a Wednesday and paid $129 for a next day early delivery to Georgia. Received email from UPS stating a sorting error so package would be delivered on second day. I spoke to UPS. I was instructed to return to the store, show failure to deliver and they would reimburse me my fee. I was then told UPS would reimburse the store. After reporting back to this store, the employee told me they wasn’t giving me money back but I would have to get money from UPS and that might take over a week before they mailed a check back. I contacted UPS and was informed the store chose not to follow protocol so that leaves the question will I even get my money back? I find fought with this franchise location because they are choosing to disregard policy but did not have any problem taking my money. FED EX will be utilized going forward. UPDATE 10/5 I received a check from UPS for only $89 but this store took $125. So use their service at your own risk. I have found the FEDEX store down the street to not only be more affordable but they have a precise guarantee to give ALL your money back when in error.
