    I have never had more of a disappointing experience with a store. An important package was delivered, and when I went to pick it up, I was told I had to wait a couple of days to be able to actually receive my item. The workers told me that they were still sorting through packages from 2+ days ago, so I would have to wait at least two days to get my own package, but they couldn't even give me an estimate nor were able to contact me when pick-up was ready. Safe to say I was very dissatisfied with the service.

    I have now used The UPS Store several times to move and store boxes in the summer. Both Chris (General Manager) and Cynthia (Store Manager) are excellent and always so helpful and alleviates the stress of moving and storage! I highly recommend them and this incredible service!
