  I have never had more of a disappointing experience with a store. An important package was delivered, and when I went to pick it up, I was told I had to wait a couple of days to be able to actually receive my item. The workers told me that they were still sorting through packages from 2+ days ago, so I would have to wait at least two days to get my own package, but they couldn't even give me an estimate nor were able to contact me when pick-up was ready. Safe to say I was very dissatisfied with the service.

  The staff was very professional/nice! Helped me and friends deliver a packages over seas . The person there was not sure about shipment address so they called the manger and everything was explained to me , manger really knows about packages being send to my son in the Navy! I was very happy with this store staff and Manger…God Bless

  Always helpful when needing to mail letters and packages deliveries usually take 1-2 days to be able for pickup. Smooth service most of the time. Thankful to have them on campus.
