I used the Amazon returns service and the UPS shipping service this week at Staples and got great results. I will probably use again because both services worked. I got a credit from Amazon and my grandson received his birthday gift!

After my experience yesterday with the phones from this store I was super prepared to leave a bad review for this store, however when I came in person to pickup my invitations, man the in store experience really shifted my entire attitude. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Malik in the Copy & Print department was AMAZING! My invitations came out great and Malik provided the best customer service. Considering this is graduation week Malik in the copy & print deserves a RAISE for the exceptional service and product he is producing while also managing the overwhelmingly amount of orders for customers. if I can give this store 10 stars I would! Well Deserved!!
