  Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. An applicant called this location trying to get set up for employment and was met with a hostile, dismissive attitude from Connie. To make matters worse, when calling back to get identification verified for work, Connie was incredibly rude and acted as though doing her basic job duties was a massive inconvenience. A staffing agency is supposed to welcome and onboard employees, but Connie’s nasty, inhospitable behavior is actively running people away. Management and corporate need to investigate the conduct at this branch immediately.

  Out of all the temp agencies in Tallahassee Florida, People Ready has the rudest and most unprofessional manager I've ever seen. Ms. Gwen is absolutely rude, awful to deal with. It's to the point that you hate calling the office for fear that she will answer the phone. If she picks up the phone, sometimes I just hang up. The jobs on jobstack are all usually special tickets that are not set up as "instant accept". Meaning background check. I never pass the background check. When I ask what is on my background to prevent me from getting these jobs I can never get an answer. The ONLY reason I keep dealing with People Ready is because y'all are the only ones that use an app for jobs and getting paid. Which leads me to another problem, I worked this past Saturday May 30, 2026. Submitted the 8 hours on the Jobstack app. The boss, Zach submitted the hours as well. But it's Monday and I still haven't gotten paid. I will be calling the office this morning and God please don't let Ms. Gwen answer the phone.

  The lady Ms.Gwen is so rude. She has no professional skills not what so ever. She is no help at all. She doesn't let you get your full question out before you can finish she over talks & catches a snappy attitude over nothing.

  Apply for people ready at the beginning of the month. the ladies in the office was very disrespectful and rude. it took 2 weeks before I got a job on the app. After that the ladies in the office has put me on a unknown suspension and I never received a email to explaining how or why. And understanding that I live in Tallahassee and all I receive is jobs for Thomasville Georgia on the job stack apps. People ready can definitely use new management and secretary staff help.
