- BVBianka ValdespinoAug 11, 20261.0Poor service. Walked in said hello good evening to the man working the front and he ignored me. I was left standing in the front for 30 minutes to ask a simple question. When I finally asked I was told to go to another postal office because I was in the wrong place. Understandable, being that I was told to come to that one I asked if he can write the address down and the man caught an attitude with me reiterating that they did not have my package. I explained to him once again that I understood but still needed the address in case I was told to come back to this one. After about 5 minutes of back and fourth he finally wrote it calmed down a little bit and proceeded to help me out. Shouldn’t be so difficult to be nice.

He spent nearly 30 minutes taking his time, doing very little, and showed no interest in coming to the counter to help\. While I was waiting, other customers in line told me that no one says anything to him because if they do, he gets upset and starts yelling at customers\. That is completely unacceptable\. I honestly don’t understand how someone with this attitude is still working in a customer service position\. This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing\.

My answer: Do not raise you voice with me, that is unacceptable! I understand that there are rules but if he doesn’t explain it. He only said -five! Five! ✋🏻- how would I know ? This hasn’t happened in other USPS stores.
