First you have to park in BFE just like your going into a store at mall, then go all the way inside mall to locate it ..faster to find next closest location fyi
- FFFiorella6 days ago1.0I was attended by an older gray-haired man with a mustache, and honestly I had never been treated so badly in any store before. He was extremely rude and disrespectful the entire time. He clearly gives the impression that he does not want to work there or deal with customers. The experience was very uncomfortable and I would not come back. Me atendió un señor canoso con bigote y sinceramente nunca había recibido un trato tan malo en un local. Fue extremadamente despectivo y maleducado durante toda la atención. Claramente transmite que no tiene ganas de trabajar ahí ni de tratar bien a los clientes. La experiencia fue muy incómoda y no volvería.

The employee was clearly trying to close the location well before the official hours listed on the company’s website, making customers feel rushed and unwelcome. On top of that, the service was rude and unprofessional from the start. To make things even worse, they lost my package — something completely unacceptable for a shipping service. No accountability, no effort to resolve the issue, and no proper support. I strongly do NOT recommend using this location. Avoid it at all costs.

The man at the counter denied me and wouldn’t accept my Passport as proper identification. Which is illegal. He noted on my account that I was unable to prove my identity, which is completely false. He was rude the entire time. I need to get in contact with a supervisor and the authorities.
