  Thought these guys would be cheaper and reasonable but just opposite really high price. Usually UPS IS CHEAPER but each store is individually owned and have their own pricing oh well

  I used to ship from the UPS location all the time however I had a recent incident when shipping a package abroad to Great Britain. The employee placed a higher declaration of value on my package then it should’ve had considering it was all sentimental items and never truly explain the ramifications to me of doing this. Considering I never shipped internationally I didn’t really understand this process and once my package arrived overseas, I had to pay an additional $530 for it to be released not to mention I already paid $600 to ship it from the US. I understand I signed off on the package, however, I never really understood how it would impact my order for him to put such a large value on sentimental items that should have had little value and he never really explained the process to me. Not to mention it took him over 30 minutes to process the order so I think he was unfamiliar with what he was doing to begin with. Safe to say, I will not be taking out my business back here.

  The owner Paul was extremely helpful making sure my very valuable packages were secured. All the employees are so friendly. This is the store for all your UPS needs.

  Worst ups store they are always opening over an hour later than their scheduled business hours.

  This store is no good; I was robbed there. I suggest you don't send anything there—I recommend the one in Nob Hill instead. They took the contents of a package of mine, and they never helped me at all.
