  I had a very unpleasant experience at this FedEx location. The lady who attended us named Nadia was very rude, showed very little kindness and at no time was she really willing to help us. The customer service was terrible and, instead of looking for a solution, she wasted our time. I definitely hope they improve the attitude and customer service, because such an experience leaves much to be desired. Never going back Today is July 25, 2026

  Cuando llegamos requeríamos un servicio y la señora que estaba encargada llamada Nadia nunca estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos, tuvo siempre una muy mala actitud. Su servicio fue pésimo. Nosotros esperando un correo para imprimir y ella con una actitud desafiante y grosera nos dijo q nunca nos iba a llegar porque ella ya iba a cerrar, y que lo único que podíamos hacer era irnos. Nos dejó ahí esperando y nunca nos dejó saber que ya no alcanzábamos. Nunca estuvo dispuesta a ayudar. No recomiendo ese lugar o al menos el servicio de esa señora, se llama Nadia.

  I was reluctant at 1st to come to Kinkos based on the past reviews. However, needed something laminated and had no alternatives. Met with Erika and she was extremely helpful. Needed 6 things laminated and she knew a way to be more cost effective and got my order down to 3 items. Once completed, she trimmed the items exactly as needed and performed her tasks for me with a friendly smile and great respect. Thank U Erika!

  Had what I thought was simple return with a QR code and i was kinda in a rush and already had a long day so I expected this to all be quick by going through the self service kiosk. the kiosk tells me I need to go to the front for assistance by an associate... the associate (don't remember the name but he was Indian I think) was kinda rude for no reason and starts asking me questions about what's in my box. then they say they need to inspect the box which took longer. then the associate tries to rush me out the store with my receipt. this was a very strange experience that caught me completely off guard. I used to work for FedEx office and this was never a policy when I was there. this needs to change because it's invasive, unnecessary, and inconvenient of people's time. you don't even pay these people that much for them to do all of this so please stop.

  Erika was amazing. She turned a very unpleasant experience into a positive one. She is an extremely valuable employee and definitely needs to be recognized for her. Excellent customer service thank you so much.
