- LFLe F.4 days ago1.0This place is a complete joke! It’s 11:21 a.m. I came here earlier, and the employee told me she wasn’t allowed to sell me a money order. So I went to Publix, came back, and now there’s a sign on the door and no one is available. Does anyone actually work here? This is ridiculous.
- CSCarlos S.4 days ago5.0Ms. Jackie was wonderful. Been to many USPS locations but this one is the best. She was a pleasure to meet and there was no line when I went in at 10am on a Wednesday. The transaction was super smooth. Definitely recommend. Not sure why this place is so negatively rated. Might be an entitled snob clientele issue but who knows. Will come back whenever I have the need.

The employee who assisted me had a poor attitude, gave unhelpful responses, and appeared more focused on their cell phone than on helping customers. I hope a supervisor reviews what is happening at this location. People serving the public should be attentive, courteous, and prepared to answer basic questions.

But the young woman who helped me today was polite, friendly, and very efficient. I’m genuinely impressed by the patience of postal workers. Every time I go to a post office, there seems to be at least one customer who has no idea what they want, comes completely unprepared, and somehow makes it everyone else’s problem 😂 Today was no exception. At this point, I’m starting to think those are the same people leaving all the one-star reviews. 🤣 Great experience for me! Thank you for your service!!! 😀
