  I was in there on June 24, 2026 to send a package back to 02771, Seekonk MA. The place was busy with a long line. The woman that waited on me was anxious and aggressive probably because they were busy. I wanted to send my package back to Massachusetts and asked her to do a tracking number, I asked her twice and she said it wasn't needed to move me along. I let her intimidate me and now the package is lost with no tracking number to locate it. I filed a missing mail and no one has responded and how can I track it with no number now. It turns out there was a gift inside worth about $800! No one answers the phone here. When I call the USPS in Seekonk they answer almost right away. Poor staff here and moral. Had to go back again to send a 3 day priority mail with insurance to mail an ID and they were going to send it back to the DMV instead of the address put on the label. Seekonk said that the post office in Sun City Center didn't scan the right address correctly! What the heck is wrong with lack of attention to detail! Supervisor said she couldn't give me a copy of the scan at SCC, said the scanner was "down". Said she would call me and no call so far. Very disappointing place and lack of caring. Supervisor doesn't even care.

  I don't usually write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience today. I visited the Sun City Post Office to renew my passport. I had all of my required documentation but needed help with a few questions about completing the paperwork. The gentleman assisting me was extremely rude. He refused to answer my questions, saying he couldn't help, and told me to step aside until I finished filling out the envelope—even though my questions were specifically about how to complete it. I was especially disappointed because this location serves many elderly residents who may also need assistance with forms or have difficulty reading the fine print. I had forgotten my glasses and simply asked for his help, but he showed no patience or willingness to provide basic customer service. After leaving, I went to the Wimauma Post Office instead. The staff there were friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. They answered my questions, treated me with respect, and made the passport renewal process easy. If you need passport services, I highly recommend going to the Wimauma Post Office instead of the Sun City location. Customer service makes all the difference, and unfortunately, I did not experience it at Sun City.
