  My experience today was extremely disappointing. I came in with a package that had been delivered by UPS just a few minutes earlier and simply wanted clarification on how it could be shipped. Instead of answering my questions, I was repeatedly told the price and that I would need to pay to have the package repackaged. While the employee was trying to explain the situation, her manager was on the phone. I was attempting to ask questions so I could understand exactly what was required when the manager stated that he did not want my business and that I should go somewhere else. What was most disappointing was that he was unwilling to explain the situation or even allow me to ask my question so I could understand the reason for the requirement. Because I was short on time, I decided to ship the package with them anyway after going back and forth about making sure it was shipped correctly and covered. Approximately 10 minutes later, I received a call telling me that the package needed to be redone to ensure it was properly covered. At that point, I went back, retrieved my package, and took it to FedEx. The experience there was completely different—better customer service, clearer communication, and it actually cost me less. Customer service should include listening to customers and explaining the process, especially when there is confusion. Unfortunately, based on today's experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location. so as you stated you don't need my business so you wont have it !

  Everyone at our Sun City Center Fl UPS STORE was very helpful in answering my questions and provided me with info on how to mail packages CORRECT using UPS. ALSO, they were very friendly and made sure I didn’t feel rushed, they were very patient with me.

  Date/Time of visit: August 3, 2026, around 8:50 AM. I am leaving this review specifically to highlight an outstanding employee named Joseph, who single-handedly saved my business with UPS. I came in to process an Amazon return, fully prepared and willing to purchase packaging. I was initially assisted by an older blonde woman with a leg brace. I believe her name was LeAnn. Her approach was completely dismissive and unacceptable. She immediately insisted there were no bags that would fit my item, tried to force an overly expensive $25+ box with extra handling fees, and rudely told me, "It is your responsibility to figure things out before you get here." Her hostile attitude left me feeling unwelcome, and I was seconds away from walking out the door and taking all of my future business to FedEx permanently. Before leaving, I stepped over to Joseph. His service was the absolute epitome of professionalism. Rather than turning me away, Joseph used his extensive knowledge of the store's inventory and problem-solving skills to assess the item. He immediately identified a $4.99 mailing bag that worked perfectly. To Store Management/Ownership: Joseph saved a sale and retained a loyal customer today. It is ONLY because of his exceptional customer care, efficiency, and deep understanding of your products that I will continue to use this location for my personal and business shipping and printing needs. Joseph deserves immense recognition for his work.
