- SOSonia oteroMar 28, 20231.0Poor customer service. First and last time visiting this post office. Went in on my lunch break to have a money order and certified letter taken care of and was literally told "You know am closing in 3 minutes, you better write fast". unacceptable. I have been in the Customer Service field for many years, and it does not matter how bad my day is going, would never say something like this to a customer. This should really be addressed.

- DKDa KeMay 19, 20181.0I went to pick up a package and noticed it sounded like pills. I opened it and sure enough, someone's medication was put in my box. I was told, "sorry the boxes looked similar." Isn't that what we have addresses for? I have had many, many packages and letters just disappear from the senders to me. One being a hand-made quilt. This combined with their better-than-bankers hours is laughable.

The subs they use for the rural routes in particular are absolutely useless!! Every time they use a sub to deliver my mail they keep delivering it to the wrong address, especially my packages that are special delivery paid for!! Its bad when you look at the two address's and they don't even remotely match. A blind man can clearly see there is difference in address's!!! Lord and when you call to complain about it, they make up excuses. I dont think I am asking too much of someone who clearly lost mail to go get it that day for me. You mishandled it, NOT me!! Talk about adding salt to a wound!!
