    Got a po box here and my package "was MARKED picked up by customer" DONT GO HERE!! They dont know where my package is "SUPPOSEDLY"!!! money wasted on a po box and my package! JUST UNBELIEVABLE!!

    yesterday I had went and the gentleman gave me four registered mail stickers as well as the paper that go back to the office with it so I filled it out. I went back I paid for it. That was that so today I go to the post office and I ask the girl to please give me registered mail stickers and the paper so i can fill it out there at the post office and then i asked her for a few extra to bring back to my work for the paralegals to fill out. She started off with trying to correct me saying certified mail. WHEN ITS NOT IT WAS REGISTERED MAIL. i proceeded to tell her the gentleman yesterday gave them to me and we had no problem. So, she proceeds to then tell me she doesn’t have any and has no clue how he gave them to me. so she goes over to his side grabs them and then tells me she will not give me the sticker on the paper because they are supposed to do so. So then she proceeds to tell me that my boss should know that he needs to order them online and to not come here asking for any. Then i told her well the gentleman yestedsy had no problem giving them to me. she then starts scanning it in, doing the paperwork and screams at me about how i have an attitude and i came in here disrespecting her and pissed her off and how she’s about to give me my mail back if i speak again to her. so i shut up. i didn’t say anything. she proceeds to ask me what the value of the mail is, i responded i do not know it is a cease and desist letter, she proceeds to get angry with me on how i spoke again after she told me not to speak again. so i stopped speaking i stood there, the told me the amount of how much the mail as i put the The credit card in I paid for it, and then I started walking out and the lady huffed and puffed because i didn’t say thank you. First of all you need to find better employees. Second of all your employees should know what they’re doing. Third of all, if someone tells me to stop talking or they won’t take my mail, i stopped talking so next time i hope i do not see her again.

    Would give a zero if I could. Worst post office in the U.S.. The lady behind the counter was the most nasty and rude person I ever experienced. Brought a package I wanted to ship USPS ground to the front after waiting 20 minutes she told me “take it to the back and fill out a label that’s not my job and I’m not doing it for you, there are pens and labels in the back”. I found the labels which I had to pay for and couldn’t find the pens. I asked very nicely in between customers. She scolded me in front of the whole line telling me they are right there and pointed to a vase of fake flowers. They taped fake flowers to every single pen. How would I know that!! Then I filled the label out and proceeded to go to the front to ship it. After asking if there is anything flammable inside I replied yes butane lighters which can be shipped USPS Ground as per the website. She implied I was telling her how to do her job and said I cannot ship anything without her seeing it first. She wanted me to open up my sealed package AND buy tape from her to seal it back up. Terrible person, terrible service, guess that’s what you get from a Federal worker with an ego. Would drive an hour away to avoid this post office. UPS will get my business for anything possible now!
