  Robin was awesome as well as other staff,store #7604. Robin was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This package was so sensitive and fragile other places declined to take on this difficult task. My brother received the package 📦 within a couple days. It took him over an hour to unwrap lol 🤣. The package arrived with complete success without any damage. Thank you 🙏 so much, In addition I had my passport photos taken in less than five minutes .

  Finding a business that actually cares feels rare these days, but that's exactly what Shannon and Ray have built at The UPS Store 7604 on US1 in Jensen Beach. A family run shop, and it doesn't just look that way on paper, it feels that way the moment you walk in. They treat the community like family too. My project, for a interview with a tight deadline, felt impossible, and honestly, the stress of it was real. Shannon and Ray didn't just meet that pressure, they met it with patience and care. They stayed late, past closing, without making it feel like a burden. Shannon ran so many test prints of the document before committing to anything, checking every detail so there'd be no surprises. That kind of dedication is what pulls me back, no matter the distance. This store is over 35 minutes from home, and there are closer options, but none of them would give the same care. Shannon and Ray have earned that drive every single time, and they've earned a customer for as long as they're there.

  Outstanding services by this UPS Store #7604. Helpful information regarding shipping via Ground, pick times, estimated delivery as well as offering AAA discount as discussed with Shannon beforehand. Upon dropping off the package, Katherine was very helpful regarding my package to my son in Connecticut. Due to the 4th of July weekend, there was a slight delay (understandably). They both were very helpful in clearing up an email that I received from UPS in Connecticut. My son received his package and was very pleased. Shipment was left in a big plastic since the Northeast was experiencing extreme storms then. Very grateful to Shannon , her team and to UPS.

  We had to ship family treasures many of which were fragile. Katherine helped us organize, pack and ship all the items for us. Katherine was absolutely outstanding in all aspects of servicing us. Thank you
