Unfortunately, in just five weeks, I experienced problems with all three shipments I sent through the service. Shipment #1 was delivered but never logged into the system. I had to make three separate phone calls and speak with three different people at Staples because no one seemed to understand how the iPostal1 process worked or how to locate my package. Shipment #2 was set up for automatic overnight forwarding the day after it arrived. Instead, the package was lost and took five days to recover and get moving again. By Shipment #3, I had so little confidence in the process that I spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone with customer support just to confirm the package was properly prepared and shipped. Thankfully, it eventually arrived. In total, I have spent well over two hours calling iPostal1 and Staples to manage just three shipments. The entire reason I signed up for this service was to simplify mail and package forwarding between homes, but it has done the exact opposite. Based on my experience, the process is confusing, inconsistent, and requires far too much customer intervention to be reliable.
