MY 30 MINUTE ORDER WAS NOT READY AND I HAD TO GO THE NEXT DAY TO FIND IT HAD NEVER BEEN PULLED FOR THE ORDER AND ALL OF THE PROMISED ITEMS WERE NOT IN STOCK. TERRIBLE

I only came to this store because I was near here. What i don't understand is why Staples as a corporation not train all their employees including the managers to step in if an employee calls out sick.

I can only assume someone kept my return. I am sorry I didn't keep the receipt since I've never had a problem with returning through this store before. I won't be returning.

Today I wanted to go in to send a letter thru UPS, Yes the girl was busy , I asked if I was in the correct location for UPS and she said nasty she will get to me when she can, I fully understood, she took someone else that walked in for a pick up , then after passing me twice a guy came and said I cant send a letter ,,,, I have before. Help your people understand better and also help them out not leaving them to fend for themselves, I have also seen the amazon guy have issue and others will not try to help they will stand behind a register doing nothing ,,,, I blame the management
