  We're moving the folks from FL to SC and had a decent amount of paperwork needing to be shred. I coordinated a lot of this from SC. It was one of the BEST customer relations interactions that I have dealt with in years. Kate Dillon answered every question I had, and followed each conversation up with a confirmation email. I even requested that they have the driver (who was very courteous with my mother during the process) call me when they were about 30 min out so I could give a heads up arrival time. Big Shout Out and THANKS to All Points!!

  Our healthcare company has been contracted with All Points Shredding since August 2023, when All Points Shredding acquired Secure Shredding. I want to review services now. We have been very pleased with Eddie F., who is professional, discreet, and pleasant when handling shredding for the Medical Records Department, Referrals Department, and Care Coordinators Department at our business building. He always has a smile on his face and a helpful attitude. We are pleased with the services provided by All Points Mobile Shredding at all 12 of our office locations across Lehigh Acres, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Estero.

  Once again, All Points Mobile Shredding did a great job at our Shredder Day for Burnt Store Isles Association members. The driver, Eddie T., was on time and handled the job professionally and courteously. Thanks again and we hope to see you next year.
