  I have worked with Robert Half in the past and now I see why this office has a terrible rating of 2.6stars. When I called to ask for advice or help, it felt like I was just a bother to them. As someone that has previously worked at a staffing agency, I’m not impressed. The lady I spoke with a few minutes ago didn’t even bother to ask me any questions as to what I’m looking for, review my resume, or anything to even be considered any help. I honestly expect to speak with the branch manager about this terrible experience.

  I had a very similar experience to Lara below. I tried calling their offices for over a week, left voicemails with recruiters Jennifer and Rachel. As someone eagerly going through a career change pretty disheartening. Zero response. As someone who was recommended to use Robert Half by a current employee who works there (in another state) this is pretty embarrassing. This office has no interest in being a real resource for staffing/ recruiting.

  I've had nothing but positive and great experiences with Robert Half/ Account Temps St. Pete! Since I recently relocated here (military) they have been very prompt and professional with finding me assignments in nine months I've only had two assignments and between the two assignments I was only out of work for less than a week! Big thanks to Emily L., Emily H., Rachel W., Tess H., and the whole team working alongside them. I'm very appreciative and humble for the experience!!!

  I have been in staffing an recruiting cumulatively over 7 years ... multiple countries. I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about at all. So rude and demeaning. They were rude on the phone wouldn't answer my basic questions to make sure that I wasn't wasting their time or mine. I do not understand why they were combative and argued with me tooth and nail about basic things. People do not have to give a reference and do not have to go into detail if that is their company policy. Companies don't do that either because if they say anything negative that can't be backed up then we can sue them for defamation of character. They have to have 2 supervisory references and I know what my previous bosses will say and they will verify I worked there and they would rehire me ... that's it and apparently that's not good enough. I wonder if Robert Half knows if I ask for a copy of the reference that they legally have to provide that to me..... Just clueless and so rude and clearly don't know what the deal is. I wouldn't trust them to find me a job anyway after that type of attitude.

  In October of 2006, I began temporary employment with my current employer and led to my current full-time salaried position. The people were great and the placement couldn't have been a better match for me. In fact, now after 5 years of service, I am relocating to Chicago soon and Accountemps is going to be my FIRST placement agency of choice. Thanks!
