  The first six weeks of the year, Zach and his Tampa Bay Pay team were absolutely lifesavers. In the time sense, we haven’t had any issues or problems, so they just continue to do their professional excellent work in the background.   I work with a lot of small businesses. They have no end of grievences with past credit card processors. I do IT work with a dozen customers that work with Zac, and they only ever have high praises. Last week, one of our shared clients had a defective printer that was causing problems on the network. Within 10 minutes he had grabbed a replacement from his inventory and was on his way to replace it! This isn't an isolated incident. Him and his team are seemingly always available at a moments notice! If only all the vendors I work with could have the same customer service...

  It's hard to believe it's almost been a year with Tampa Bay Pay. As the first full-time partner Zac brought onto the team, I've learned that we're about a lot more than payment processing.
