    What great customer service. I was just looking at all the sales and numerous employees came and asked me if I needed help. You don't find that kind of good customer service hardly anywhere anymore

    Do you truly take your store reviews seriously to improve the services you provide in this store? I see multiple 1 * reviews mainly due to the lack of efficiency in returning Amazon merchandise. 99% of the time the 1 associate you have at this Returns desk is required to check out customers while also receiving Amazon returns. So those who have been waiting longer to make a return are passed over so a customer making a purchase can be rung up. Today Pat was handling the desk while a guy was helping a customer at one of the main registers. When I walked in there was over 8 people ahead of me doing a return. Once the associate completed helping the customer and the customer left the store. He went behind the door off the floor while the Amazon line began to grow behind me and 4 people walked up on the other side to purchase their products. I stood in line for well over 10 minutes waiting my turn to return my one item for Amazon. Pat had previously asked over the radio who was covering her lunch. No one came to relief her for lunch or help her with her lines. Finally the associate with the pony tail came out to assist in returns BUT only after Pat called for assistance. It never should have gotten to this point. He saw the line multiple times backing up but chose to leave Pat alone without help. His customer service is horrible and he should be reprimanded for his lack of assistance if not to your customers but to his coworker! Several of us in line said we will change how we make our Amazon returns such as Winn Dixie or UPS bc customer service is their top priority.

    This is my first visit to Staples in five years, and I now see why they are going bankrupt. There was no line system. The manager Christopher didn’t care, and the Copy & Print employee refused to work. I waited 25 minutes while they acted clueless. Christopher didn’t organize anything, and clearly, without their boss Jose, none of them want to work. Get organized, put line ropes, and stop pretending. Never coming back ever again!

    Shout out to Skyler in the printing department!! He was extremely helpful and patient with me when I came in to print a brochure for a final project. He reviewed and proofread it for me to make sure everything was perfect and gave me feedback.

    The old lady at the cash register is unfriendly, petty and very rude, took the time to come to the amazon returns register as soon as she saw me even tho someone else was taking care of me already, shaking her head and all that just to ask me what am I gonna do when amazon starts charging me for returns?? How is that any of her business??? Does she work for amazon or is she the owner of amazon????? If I need to return stuff that doesn’t make it on time from amazon and they have the free returns option then I WILL use it. She really took the time just for that and then went back to her register.
