- KLKinsey LMay 23, 20261.0Had a negative experience with the employee who is doing Amazon returns on 5/23 around 2 pm. I did not catch your name, but she wore glasses. She is clearly miserable with her job and was extremely unpleasant. She never greeted me or said anything to acknowledge me. instead, she looked at me and my returns with distain. During my visit, a young guy answered the phone and was questioning if the store would be open on Memorial Day. The girl who was helping me said it was but she wanted it to stay low-key and stated they’re better not be a single Amazon return on Memorial Day. This girl does not have it what it takes to work with people and should find a role that is not customer facing. Staples should consider removing negative assets such as her and finding people who enjoy working the job.
