  Lady at returns/Amazon counter was completely overwhelmed with the couple of customers she had. Tried to get a manager to help her but he said he was too busy doing something else to offer assistance. Apparently customer service isn't their thing

  Went to return an Amazon order. Clerk ignored 4 seniors in line standing with returns. Instead of taking care of us or even recognizing us she continued to put boxes together with tape and filling them with what I assume was returned merchandise for Amazon. It was very apparent to us in line that she hates her job. She never spoke to us or commented at all. She definitely needs to find another job. She also needs to be reminded that seniors cannot stand a long time due to back issues and other health problems. Thank you.

  Went for a new computer monitor. I think they had 4-6 different options. All awful and very over priced. Hard to take this place seriously if you're needing anything other than printer paper, staples and pens. The drive to best buy is your best option if looking for a chair, monitor, or desk
