  Had an amazing visit at the ups store. I got notary services and from the phone call with Stacy to a chair being offered by destine while waiting in line and the sweet young man with long hair being so sweet and patient with me during my notary service to the owner offering me a copy for my records. I was welcomed with smiles and welcome in everyone at this store is amazing. Best experience ever highly recommend this store.

  I always love coming to this store went in did an Amazon return and the young man that helped was so sweet. I didn’t have any packaging for my return and he saved me a drive and for only $2. Everyone is always so kind and go above and beyond when I go in and always so clean never a bad trip to my favorite store.

  Love this store! I come here for all my Amazon returns and Jordan is always so helpful! We knew him at the other ups store and Stacy is also so amazing! :) the girl with the buzz cut is so friendly and helpful aswell!

  I am absolutely disgusted with what I saw/heard today. I went in to this UPS store for the first time today, as my normal UPS store was burned down. I went to do some returns at the self-serve Amazon return station. While I was there, An older woman walked in, and I’m not exactly sure what she needed help with, but the young man with long, curly, brown hair was helping her at the front. He told her whatever her service was, was $3. She had stated that she felt that was overpriced and “highway robbery”, And instead of using good customer service skills, which I thought you needed to work out a place like this, he proceeded to get sassy. He stated “ Well, if you think that’s Highway robbery, we should be talking to Trump because he made everything overpriced. Probably not the best decision.” She had mentioned nothing political or along the lines of ANYTHING that warranted that kind of response. He also said it loud enough so everybody else in the building could hear, which, as a conservative, I was offended and he’s lucky I didn’t say anything. Nowhere near your workspace do you need to bring your political views. This young man then turned around after the woman left, and began high-fiving his coworkers (who was a woman with a buzz cut and gauges I believe) who were cheering for his response and talking bad about her. This behavior from your workers was absolutely despicable.

  Customer service was TOP NOTCH. While trying to send insulin on dry ice (first time shipping dry ice) to my elderly neighbor who went north for the summer, I was treating like a terrorist by the fedex workers up the street who told me they couldn’t help and to call an 800 number,.. this UPS location SAVED the day! They walked me through the process and helped me package it correctly and get it out the same day. It was right at closing time too (I’m not normally that person but this was important). I felt defeated when I walked in but the gentleman and lady working, eased my mind, treated me kindly, taught me how to ship dry ice lol. You can 100% bet, this is where I’ll ship from now on. Thank you for taking the time to help, your customer service did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Some Hero’s don’t wear capes!
