She snapped at me (never printed anything there), not giving me clear instructions. I complained to another staff about her barking at me, was told she was only “boisterous” and due to the machines she was working on, she had to talk louder. Like there is a factory inside Staples? Anyway, will never go back to that store for sure! Like I wrote, I only wanted to get something printed there…
