Ox, handled multiple shipping jobs, and provided notary service. This shop is busy all the time, but these guys make each customer feel like the only one. Consistently exceptional service! Recently, I had a shipping issue with a package. It shipped from the shop, but had issues with delivery to my friend in Colorado. James helped, offered his assistance and helped personally escalate the issue. For something as routine as a lost or missing package, I got personalized service. Make sure you check the shop out, and thank you Hunter and James!
