- ASAmelia SkenaJul 8, 20261.0Arrived at 4:30 pm and the office was CLOSED, not ONE employee in sight. Either update your hours or stop disrespecting every person making their way over before it’s closed. Ridiculous.
- MCMerly CorvoJul 2, 20261.0Came to mail something at 2:35 pm and when I got there it was close although the worker was still there and then they proceeded to turn the lights off. They are supposed to be open till 6pm today.
- MTMaria TJun 30, 20261.0Non friendly employees. They seem bothered to serve their customers. They open and close whenever they want. Closed on a Tuesday at 2pm with many customers coming by upset.No schedule on door, operating hours were removed.
- JAjuan acevedoJun 18, 20261.0. It never stops amazing me how consistently poor the customer service is at U.S. Postal Service locations. This particular office is especially disappointing. The staff show little interest in helping customers, and the overall attitude feels as if they’re doing the job reluctantly rather than professionally. It shouldn’t be too much to expect basic courtesy and competence from a public‑facing service. The government really needs to improve training and accountability so customers can receive the level of service they deserve. Always the same people!
