- KKK W (Katt)Jul 2, 20261.0Worst service I’ve ever seen the entitlement alone is sickening . Cut me me off when I called about a package that was attempted to be delivered at 8:02. Telling me I was wrong that they don’t start that early as I’m holding the slip and mail that was placed in my mail box. I couldn’t even speak. I needed up saying I’ll see you soon. Deciding to just go in person instead. When I got there the woman took the slip and went to the back handing me my package. While the man that treated me rudely on the phone acted like he hadn’t. When I asked how it was possible for my package to be there when it was attempted delivery 2 hours ago. I was cut off. She certified it said today he still was denying it. Trying to blame me. Left me standing there while they called the employee. I could still hear him blaming me. She tried to cover the employees but I told her I didn’t care. That I wanted an apology from the manager. Who spoke to me rudely and was still in the back. While walking to go get him. She stated. “ if your not gonna let me explain why’d you come?” To which I responded. “For my packages”. And an apology. She disappeared in the back and came back stating he refused to back to the front and I needed to leave. They refused giving their names as well. I had to call corporate to file a compliant

She worked on a tracking number for me until she found out the solution and called me back with her results!!! This little post office is always very busy but such a pleasure to go to because of the people that work there!!
