- LMLisa MarieSep 22, 20261.0The most hateful rude group of people I have ever encountered. Acted like it was gonna kill them if they helped me file an insurance claim. They got the manager who was even worse. Stood there and lied to me and told me I had to wait 15 days. Had to show HER where it says that I can file immediately if it was damages, she got mad cause I was right then refused to help me at all and made me leave. I have filed a report with your higher ups, ill keep on this till your only job will be sorting mail cause you have NO BUSINESS dealing with the public.
- KBKim BennettSep 14, 20265.0This is one of the best USPS offices I've ever encountered. It's always clean and rarely out of 'do it yourself' supplies. The best part of going here is the staff! They are so friendly, helpful and professional. I like the fact that they are efficient as well. The only time I have run across a long line there (around the winter holidays), customers were still treated in a friendly manner and the staff worked hard to get everyone through the line quickly.
