- KHKamari Hodges3 days ago4.0My package was initially delivered to the wrong address, but the clerk at the front counter was super helpful and tracked it down for me. Great customer service! Now just waiting for it to be redelivered.
- RRRobertJun 26, 20261.0Received a notification that my package wasn't delivered per. "my request". Which isn't true! Went to the post office at 9am to pick up my package & was told it wasn't there. They would take my phone number and call me back after they reached out to the carrier. Four hours later I called back and still no answers!!! I was told this time by the manager that he was new and had no idea how to get ahold of his employees. And that he would have to wait for the carrier to return, for answers after his shift. When I asked him if the carrier return after 4pm ( which is when the office closes)& the driver wouldn't return until after 5pm? I was told oh yeah your right. Truly Unbelievable!!!! Update: So after 15 plus unanswered phone calls, I was finally able to speak with the Post Master, & was told "the substitute driver who delivered mail yesterday must of stolen it" but I'm unable to give you the name to file a police report. I swear you can't make this stuff up.🙄🙄🙄

Slow employees its like you are in warp speed until you get to the post office then everything turns to a crawl. Time and people go so slow and so painful. Plan your visit you're gonna be there a while during busy hours.
