- KMKimberly MJun 27, 20261.0Worst postal office ever. The guy that delivers on Saturdays off of 17 and s. Highlands insist on not delivering my mail then saying he does. Ive even put a lock so they can't say it kids in the neighborhood. Ive called and complained last week and got a weak email of how sorry they are and the post master is on vacation and won't be in till next week. Yet it happens again. No one is addressing anything and it seems like something shady is going on there. There so many people trying to scam in sebring right now it makes me wonder. And this isn't my 1st issue or 2nd and I have informed delivery. This post master obviously could careless what is happening.

For 6 months or so we attempted to figure out why our new courier simply refused to walk in and pick up packages too large to place in the outgoing mailbox and at our place of business. 2 years prior to her, we had no issues with our regular carrier and the gentlemen that would fill in for her, and the new one. We called, went to the post office directly, texted then Manager Brandon who responded that "they do not listen to me", were patient with the new courier, and many more attempts. Once, we placed the notice in the outside box that we had a pickup. She actually walked it to the door and refused to take a box 6in by 6in by 6in stating she had "no room on her truck and would call for someone else to come". Left it in our hands and drove away. Of course nobody came. When we went to the Lake Jackson Branch, the lady behind the counter was dumbfounded that she would do this and we were told she (our new courier) was slow. Finally, when she refused to even come in again she was told she was lazy. Because she is. The whole team in this situation is incompetent. Now, she refuses to bring us mail or pick it up because she "feels threatened" which is just an excuse to continue to be lazy and is supported by her postmaster. Thankfully we have video cameras. What they seem to forget is businesses have options. Now, we are transferring are outgoing shipments to UPS and Fedex and strongly suggest the same.

- DDDavidMar 30, 20261.0I ordered something off TT shop two weeks ago schedule dates and it has been postpone twice. I been tracking it. Finely makes to my local post office now the status says will be delayed by a few days. If it already here in town why should it be delayed
