  Today was my third visit. Each time I have had rapid service. Today I wondered if they could help me. Immediately, morello mentioned she could print the label ( my Printer at home did not work). Then I mentioned I needed help getting the items in the store. Promptly, Sohum, Took the dolly out and lifted the 70 lbs. He had to make a second trip. Since the boxes were previously torn they loaded the items into a box that would fit everything, for one box and 1 label. The speed in which they help, and efficiency of knowing what to do and pleasantness will bring me back over and over. No one complained about the heaviness, questioned why boxes were broken etc they just got the job done. Between printing label, going to the car 2x, repacking the items I don’t think it took them even 10 minutes.

  This store and the staff is phenomenal. I didn’t even go but my wife did to drop off work equipment. She mentioned how the staff was extremely nice and helpful. She had our newborn so they came to the car and helped with all the boxes. Nothing but good things to say and I appreciate them helping my wife.

  I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store in Sebring. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous from the moment I walked in. The store was very clean, well organized, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I was in and out in no time. It’s great to see such outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs shipping or other UPS Store services!

  Love that we finally have a UPS store here, very needed! I am also extremely thankful that all the employees are super kind, funny and helpful! Looks like a family run store, but they definitely treat you like apart of the family! I will be coming back anytime I need services!

  Just visited this location and it’s wonderful! Ritu and his staff are extremely helpful and kind. It’s such a pleasure to go into a business where the owner/workers are upbeat and pleasant. Ritu helped me navigate my phone- to get to the right Amazon return page - and get the QR code needed to send my purchase back. Thank God for the awesome youths of today!!! Thank you Ritu!! You’re going to be a huge success!!
