Every time I come into the post office, he is consistently friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. No matter how busy things may be, he always maintains a positive attitude and takes the time to make sure customers are taken care of properly. It’s clear that Raymond genuinely cares about helping people, and that kind of work ethic does not go unnoticed. Employees like him make a huge difference in the overall customer experience. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond anytime I visit the post office. His supervisors should know they have an excellent employee representing their team.
