- DMDanielle MoralesAug 21, 20261.0I am writing to report the deeply disturbing and unprofessional behavior of the staff working behind the counter at this location. While I was dropping off a package, three male employees working behind the counter began openly objectifying and making inappropriate remarks about a young woman who walked into the establishment. Rather than attending to customers or maintaining a basic level of workplace decorum, the staff were openly leering at her and making crude, disrespectful comments out loud. This kind of behavior creates an uncomfortable, hostile, and utterly unprofessional environment for customers visiting a public post office. I expect federal or contracted postal employees to maintain a standard of basic decency and focus on their jobs. I strongly urge management to address this incident and ensure the staff are held accountable for their conduct.

The clerks are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer questions without ever making us feel rushed. When I asked whether they had any special stamps for a letter going overseas, the clerk showed me several options, including a beautiful set I liked so much that I bought two! We were also impressed to see the manager out on the floor, making himself available to answer customers’ questions so the clerks could keep serving people efficiently. It is a simple approach, but it makes a noticeable difference in how smoothly the branch operates. Another feature we appreciate is that this location participates in the Safe Place program for young people in distress. There is also a convenient drive-up mailbox, making it easy to drop off letters without leaving your car. Friendly people, knowledgeable service, and thoughtful management; we will gladly continue using this branch.
