Was out of country and received a voicemail message from the location concerning a redelivery attempt with a return phone # which I called at least 20 times and let ring until the line just disconnected me. Why call and leave a voicemail with a contact name and return phone number, then just don’t answer the phone? What a total waste of my time!

I went into my local USPS branch, true I was quite upset as I did not receive payments for 6 weeks, but the staff and manager treated me as an idiot, I left feeling rather uncomfortable and abused. I am still not receiving my mail, seems the only thing that gets put in my mailbox are envelopes for previous occupants who no longer reside here. Terrible service. I had never heard of such a thing during my 35 years I lived in the U.S.A.

Unfortunately, they are overwhelmingly understaffed, interactions with employees have been unpleasant, and you cannot have a piece of tape, they will make you pay for a full roll. Bring your own packaging supplies as they will tax the life out of you. Just save yourself the trip and frustrating experience.
