She came across as rude and dismissive, barely listening and responding with attitude instead of actually helping. It felt like any question I asked was a problem to her, and the whole interaction left me frustrated. Good customer service isn’t complicated just basic respect and willingness to help. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I wouldn’t want to deal with her again.
