- KKKathleen2 days ago5.0I was a little nervous going into a passport appointment at the post office, half-expecting a bureaucratic headache. What I got instead was the complete opposite! The gentleman who assisted me (white hair, blue eyes — wish I'd caught his name) was an absolute pro. He clearly knew the process inside and out, kept everything moving efficiently, and stayed completely calm even as the line ebbed and flowed. What I feared might be a nightmare turned into one of the quickest, smoothest transactions I could have hoped for. This branch is very lucky to have this guy on the team!

The shipping address on the package had errors, thanks to supervisor's effort the package was rerouted and delivered to the correct address.
