  Horrible service. I gave them the correct information, but their employee put another customer’s label on my package. They sent it to the wrong place and then blamed me for not checking her work. Completely unacceptable—zero accountability.

  Ken and Amelia are absolutely wonderful—true gems! They are friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and consistently provide outstanding service. I came in around 5:00 p.m. thinking I had plenty of time to prepare my USPS packages for shipment, but the process ended up taking over an hour and extended past the store’s closing time. Even though the store had officially closed, Ken stayed beyond his scheduled 6:00 p.m. clock-out time to make sure my order was completed. I had 18 packages, and he handled every single one with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Every time I visit, Ken is always welcoming, attentive, and willing to help customers with any question or concern. I also met Amelia for the first time today, and she was fantastic from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She even helped me when I realized I didn’t have tape and provided a sleeve for my label, which I really appreciated. I can’t say enough positive things about this location and its employees. Everyone I’ve encountered here has been exceptional, and I know this type of work can be demanding and stressful. I truly hope the team is recognized for all they do—they deserve raises and plenty of good food rewards! This location is amazing, and I will absolutely recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you, UPS team, for going above and beyond!

  I can’t say enough great things about the team at The UPS Store #6311! I stopped in today to print materials for a gala I’m helping organize, and they were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to make sure everything looked just right and moved quickly without sacrificing quality. Every time I come here—whether for shipping or printing—I’m met with friendly, knowledgeable service. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond. So grateful to have such a reliable and professional team right here in the community!
