    Called 3 weeks after my package was not delivered and returned from out of state to Florida. That is ridiculous in it self. Get the boss/owner on the phone Laura Postman who gets tried of explaining why this happened and hangs up on me. Just because she does not want to talk to me. Absolutely ridiculous service from a small business owner. When ask about reporting her franchise to Ups tells me she does not know the number. Don’t worry Laura I will find it. Stay as far away from this lady’s business as possible
