- JCJose Castelo1 day ago1.0Very disappointed with the service at this UPS store. I was promised that an important letter would arrive the next day, and now it has been 10 days with no delivery or updates at all. What made the situation even worse was going to the store in person and being told they had absolutely no information about the shipment or even the package tracking number. Delays can happen, but the lack of responsibility, communication, and customer service is completely unacceptable, especially when handling important documents. I expected far more professionalism and reliability. After this experience, I will never trust them with another shipment again.

They were both excellent! They were friendly, helped us with all our questions, and made the whole process very easy. I wish all stores had such helpful, wonderful employees. This will definitely be my go to UPS store now.
