    I had my cooler scheduled to be picked up today. I contacted an agent at 3pm to ensure it would be picked up since I had a feeling it wouldn't. Your agent was useless and could only tell me it was scheduled to be picked up. Well no kidding. I already knew that. So of course, it wasn't picked up. Very poor service. They make contacting a human very hard. Won't do business with them again.

    Was told we would get delivery on a certain day two different times but the delivery never came. Tried calling, but can never get through to a live person. So we will just order from someone else.
