  We have been in the floral industry for a long time, and like many florists, we spent years searching for the right website platform with the right team behind it. We actually first came across Gravity Free Studios back in 2017 at a floral conference. We picked up their brochure, thought it looked interesting, tucked it away in a file cabinet...and honestly forgot all about it. Over the years, we tried several different platforms. Either the fees were too high, the platform was too complicated, the company was outsourced overseas, or something behind the scenes just didn't feel right. only to end up disappointed. Years later, while talking with another florist in San Francisco about our frustrations and everything we had been struggling with, they asked if we had ever looked into Gravity Free Studios. That conversation reminded us of the brochure sitting in our file cabinet from years earlier. Because of our past experiences, we didn't want to rush into another change. We waited nearly four years after being on Gravity Free's platform before writing this review because we wanted to be absolutely certain before publicly recommending them. After all these years, we can honestly say with complete confidence that Gravity Free Studios has never let us down—not once. Have there been a few "whoops" along the way for us(we tend to hit delete and click to fast). Of course. No company is perfect. And they have continued to help us fix and improve these. The difference is that they listen, they communicate, and they continually work to make their platform better and easier for us to use! Are they the perfect fit for every florist or every business? Probably not. Every business has different needs. But if you're searching for a platform that truly understands the floral industry, continues to evolve, listens to its customers, and works hard to improve, you owe it to yourself to check out Gravity Free Studios before making your decision. No platform stays the same forever, and that's actually one of the things we appreciate most about Gravity Free Studios: it doesn't stand still. They continue to adapt, innovate, and grow alongside our industry. Having a team that is committed to growing with its customers has made all the difference. For us, choosing Gravity Free Studios has been one of the best business decisions we've made. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any florist or business looking for a reliable, forward-thinking platform backed by a team that genuinely cares about its customers.

  They were SO very friendly and helpful when I phoned and really tried to accommodate ... but they surpassed my expectations with a gorgeous bouquet for my daughter-in-laws birthday that she loved. Thank you Dani and Selena!!
