- JMjose marinelli6 days ago5.0I am writing to share the excellent experience I had at this FedEx store today. The manager/owner was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to help me get my return label issued. Although it might seem like a simple task, he did not need to do everything he did, and he provided this help free of charge. I will strongly recommend this store to others. Please note that I was not asked to write this; I am doing so solely as a sign of my gratitude.
- RDRobbie DavisJul 7, 20262.0Sent in a print job with instructions. They said it was done. Went in, and they said it actually couldn't be done the way I sent it in. Drove home, reformatted it, sent it in again. Drove back, and none of my emailed instructions were followed. Wrong paper weight. Borders not cut. When I said we needed to cut the borders because that way our business wanted it presented, the lady laughed at me. So we needed it reprinted. Went back a third time. Instructions still weren't followed. On top of that, they put in the wrong address to ship it to. Thank goodness I checked. At the end of the day, they were nice people, but it was a waste of about 3 hours between the driving and waiting.

Mary needs to listen to her customers instead of trying to do what she thinks is right.. also maybe not stuffing your face with food and eating while talking to a customer. Awful customer service.
